These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of the H2 Equipment, LLC online store at shop.h2equipment.com. Please review them before placing an order.
Using the store
You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase, or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing, payment, and delivery details. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to interfere with its security.
Product information and compatibility
Review the specific listing for condition, specifications, included attachments, and any disclosed limitations. Photos may show accessories that are not included; included items must be identified in the listing. Where a representative image is used, it should be labeled accordingly.
Confirm that equipment and attachments are suitable for your intended use, machine model, hydraulic requirements, electrical supply, dimensions, and rated capacity before ordering. Contact us if you need clarification. This responsibility does not excuse inaccurate product descriptions or remove rights under applicable law.
Used equipment may show wear, prior repairs, or operating hours. Any as is sale or warranty limitation must be expressly and lawfully disclosed for that item before purchase. No blanket as is condition is imposed by this page.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are disclosed before checkout. Payment methods are those offered at checkout.
Prices and availability may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
Orders and availability

If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects an order, we will contact you with options. We will not substitute a materially different product or change agreed terms without consent. If an order is canceled, amounts paid for the canceled portion will be refunded as applicable.
We may decline transactions for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, failed payment, or delivery outside our service area, subject to applicable law. Quote requests do not reserve stock unless we expressly confirm a reservation in writing.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping and Delivery and Returns and Refunds policies form part of the purchase terms. Read them before checkout. Product specific exceptions must be prominently disclosed before purchase.
Safe operation
Equipment must be transported, installed, maintained, and operated safely in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable requirements. Use appropriate training, protective equipment, and rated loading and unloading equipment.
Do not exceed stated capacities or bypass safety devices. Stop using equipment that appears damaged or unsafe. Website descriptions do not replace operator manuals or training.
Warranties
Warranty coverage, if any, is the written coverage identified for the particular product. Manufacturer warranties may have their own registration requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures. H2 Equipment does not promise additional coverage unless provided in writing.

Auctions rentals and service work
These terms govern online store transactions. Auctions, financing agreements, rentals, repairs, and other services may be governed by separate agreements presented for those transactions. Contact us if you are unsure which agreement applies.
Website content and external links
Our website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without authorization. Product names and manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners.
External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to them does not create an H2 warranty for their services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please review it before submitting personal information through the store.
Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory protections under applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of Nebraska. Contact us first with an order concern so we can work toward a resolution. This request does not prevent you from using legal remedies available to you.
Updates
We may revise these terms for future use of the store. Changes will be posted with an updated date. The terms disclosed and agreed when you placed an order govern that purchase unless a lawful change is separately agreed.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
